Why I Made These

When I created these earrings, I imagined a flower blooming in the colors of our nation’s story. The red, white, and blue represent courage, hope, and freedom, while the delicate lacework reflects the centuries-old Italian lace-making traditions that inspire everything I create.

Each stitch is woven by hand using fine leather lace, turning a simple flower into wearable art that celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary.

Like every piece in my Anniversary Collection, these earrings are made slowly, one knot at a time, because I believe meaningful jewelry should never be rushed.

 

What Makes Them Special?

These are not mass-produced jewelry.

I created only one pair, and I will never make another exactly like them.

My hope is that they become a collectible keepsake—a unique piece of wearable art that commemorates this historic milestone. Once they find their forever home, this design will never be repeated.

Although they have a bold floral design, they’re surprisingly lightweight because they’re woven from fine leather lace instead of metal. The stud-style earrings sit comfortably on the ear, making them easy to wear for celebrations, summer gatherings, patriotic holidays, or anytime you want something truly one of a kind.
