When will my order ship?

All our products are made to order items, please allow 6-10 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays).  You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped.

 

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders from $50.

We accept Returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. 

 

Ordering custom items

• How do I measure my wrist size to order the right size bracelet?

For a correct fit, measure your wrist just above the wrist bone; when ordering, keep in mind the bracelet will be made automatically 1/2" (1.2cm) longer because our bracelets look best when worn slightly loose, with some movement.

For example, if you select size 7" bracelet, the actual length of the bracelet will be 7.5".  This additional length will not affect the overall look or style of the bracelet but will provide a more comfortable and flattering fit.

Please note, Lace Ribbon bracelets will be only 1/4" (51cm) longer.

 

• How do I measure the circumference of my neck to order the right size choker?

Measure the part of your neck where you would like your choker to rest.  When ordering, keep in mind the necklace will be made automatically 1/2 (1.2cm) longer to allow some movement.

If you select a size 14" choker, the actual length of the choker will be 14.5".  This extra length will allow the choker to sit comfortably on your neck without feeling too tight or restrictive.

Please note, Lace Ribbon necklaces will be only 1/4" (51cm) longer.

Are the magnetic clasps skin-friendly?

Yes, our beautiful magnetic clasps are safe and skin-friendly because made with Zinc Alloy which is free of lead.

Zinc Allory is also durable and corrosion-resistant.

 

How to clean jewelry?

Because leather is a delicate material, it needs a little care when wearing it as well as maintenance.  You should avoid contact with water but in the case your Spirited Grace jewelry gets wet, you can wipe it with a soft cloth, and let it dry on a flat surface.

For easy maintenance, use a soft cloth to gently rub off oils, dust or dirt collected from the day.
